Pros

One serving has 20 grams of protein, the building block of life, which is found in every cell of the body.

Numerous gym enthusiasts and athletes consume protein shakes because these drinks will help them bulk up after strength training. Also, many studies suggest that a high-protein diet has major benefits for metabolic health and weight loss. Additionally, your immune system needs new protein synthesis to function.

One serving has 6 grams of dietary fiber. It is recommended that women and men eat at least 25 g and 38 g of fiber per day, respectively. However, according to statistics, adults in the US are only eating an average of 15 g of dietary fiber per day. A diet high in fiber has many benefits, including a lower risk of developing hemorrhoids and colitis since fiber promotes the activity of intestinal bacteria to maintain gut health.

Arbonne vs Shakeology – Which Is Better?

The Arbonne shake is an excellent meal replacement shake since it has all the essential nutrients.

Shakeology shakes provide a beneficial mix of superfood ingredients. Some of the ingredients in Shakeology shakes include a blend of five main foods: phytonutrients, digestive enzymes,  adaptogens, antioxidants, and protein blend.

Both shakes are a good option as a meal replacement, but Arbonne has more protein than Shakeology. In addition, Arbonne has no cholesterol. Also, Shakeology is significantly more expensive than Arbonne.

However, one of the main issues with both shakes, is that they are a supplement, not real food.
