DermaWand vs FaceMaster

DermaWand vs FaceMaster – Comparison:

Introduction

No matter what age we are, we all want to feel healthy and enjoy a glowing complexion.

But there are lots of factors that can damage or affect our skin, such as stress, poor sleep cycles, or the natural aging process.

The good news is, if you’re after a fresh and revitalizing facelift, you don’t need to break the bank.

There are plenty of home remedies and products out there to help your skin feel clean, smooth, and young-looking. But how to choose?

Luckily, the latest products to hit the shelves are the DermaWand and the FaceMaster.

Both claim to rejuvenate your skin and help to improve dark circles, wrinkles, uneven surfaces, and even aging. But what’s the difference, and which one is right for you?

Let’s look a little closer at both products and find out…

What is the DermaWand?

The DermaWand is a hand-held facial toning machine that you can use to boost the overall appearance of your skin.

It champions the same technology used by dermatological specialists to help tighten any loose skin or improve early signs of aging.

It aims to cleanse and purify your skin and leave you feeling refreshed.

With up to nine settings, you can choose the intensity of the treatment. It’s safe to use at home and can be applied to any part of your body, including the face, neck, arms, legs, and chest.

How does it work?

The DermaWand has been designed to emulate the advanced technology favored by skincare clinicians called ‘radio frequency technology.’

With this technology, the DermaWand sends up to 100,000 microcurrents per second into your skin.

This helps to stimulate the cells and bring fresh blood to the surface, which improves circulation and enriches your skin with more oxygen and nutrients.

This gentle action is very similar to having lots of mini fingers massaging your face!

Not only does the massage help to stimulate your cells, but it also improves the tightness of your skin and improves the appearance of fine lines.

Thanks to its unique microcurrents, the DermaWand also sends a warming thermal energy deep under the skin’s surface, which increases dermal skin temperature and helps promote your skin’s healthy appearance.

Pros

There are lots of pros to the DermaWand, from giving you younger-looking skin to boosting your circulation. It’s a great product for improved skin all round, as it’s designed for any part of your body.

It can also give you its famous ‘Lifted Look’. This starts at the eyes, where DermaWand visibly lifts the eyebrows. If you want your eyes to appear bigger and brighter, this is the product for you.

At $109.99, the DermaWand is cheaper than any Botox treatment or surgical facelift. It’s easy to do at home and encourages a thorough facial routine.

Cons

According to customer reviews, the effectiveness of DermaWand can depend on each individual customer.

Radiofrequency treatments have been used by dermatology experts for years, and are known to tighten skin, but the DermaWand has a weaker concentration of energy, so it might not give as powerful results as you might want.

The FaceMaster

Referred to as ‘The 5 Minute facelift,’ the FaceMaster offers an alternative home treatment for tired-looking facial skin and wrinkles.

This product focuses more specifically on the facial and neck muscles. The FaceMaster is also a handheld facial toning machine, but it is slightly sleeker than the DermaWand and has two roll-on balls that help massage your skin, whilst the DermaWand only has one.

Claiming to offer an all-natural facelift without the surgery, the FaceMaster uses a different microcurrent technology but has very similar results to the DermaWand.

How does it work?

The FaceMaster uses a new breakthrough therapy that can combat the signs of aging, as well as toning your skin, and give you a healthy glow.

The new therapy is based on the same microcurrent technology as the DermaWand, but instead of radio frequency, it uses electric microcurrents.

The FaceMaster gives off low electronic pulses, similar to the body’s natural currents, which stimulate the cells to look healthier and younger.

Primarily, it helps to tone the facial muscles and temporarily reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Topical creams and oils can only work on the skin’s surface, but with the FaceMaster, you can stimulate the muscles in your face, boost your blood circulation, and bring those much-needed nutrients and that rejuvenating oxygen to your skin’s surface.

Pros

The FaceMaster is compact, lightweight, and portable, and has been approved by the FDA to use safely at home.

This face-focused product is designed to combat aging specifically.

There are pre-selected frequencies for different areas of your face, so you can choose what areas to target and how intense you want the microcurrents to be.

It comes with a soothing conductive serum and an anti-aging e-Serum with GlycoPeptides, and as it is more expensive, it arrives in a higher-quality packaging than the DermaWand.

A fantastic alternative to invasive surgery or Botox, the FaceMaster offers a simple solution to getting healthy, younger-looking skin.

Cons

The FaceMaster is almost double the price of the DermaWand, at $249.99.

It has also been designed for the face, so if you’re looking to tone and target other areas of your body and want a more general rejuvenation product, the DermaWand might be better.
